Join us for our Intention of the Week and enjoy some minutes of mindfulness. This week our intention is to work towards forgiveness.
Forgiving can be extremely difficult but know what you are in charge of how you feel and it is possible to remove pains caused by others.
Know that you can release your own parachute and fly without this heavy feeling.
Cut the cords that bind you to it.
Release it and allow yourself commit to freedom and continue soaring.
