I greet today with calmness – Intention of the Week

Join us for our Intention of the Week and enjoy some minutes of mindfulness. This week our intention is greet the day with calmness.

Before you head out of your home in the morning, stop for a few moments and allow yourself to breathe in calmness.

Keep this practice with you throughout the day. It will help you break through daily challenges with ease or at the very least, increase your level of calmness and bring a new attitude toward difficulties.

Breathe deep and march on.
