FAQs

Will I get guidance once I have bought the planner?

Yes, you will be invited to join a Facebook Group where I will be hanging out whenever you need some help or just to help you untangle your ideas and processes.

You don’t have to join the Facebook group, most people prefer to email me when they need support when working through the planner.

Will I receive my planner straight away?

Printed Planners will be sent through to the address that you specified when you placed your order with our printing partner who will print and dispatch your planner.

You will recieve your bonuses by email.

Digital Planners will be available to download immediatly after checkout. 

Can I return my planner?

Yes, if you are not happy with your printed planner you can return it as long as it is in the same condition it was in when it was posted it out. Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of the return postage or customs charges. 

If you have an issue with your printed planner with regards to print or postal damage, please contact our print partners, Peecho.

Digital Planners cannot be returned.
